This quarter is located 60 miles east of Saskatoon outside the town of Bruno. The parcel is legal non-conforming continuing use, and use must occur every year to constitute continuous use. The comprehensive investigation done on July 22, 2019, found a conservative 384,000 cubic yards. The report states several areas of good gravel including clean sand and minimal stripping being required. If operated correctly an extra 80,000+ cubic yards could be mined in addition to the 384,000. The report is available upon request. Numerous test holes had good rock content and very little overburden. There is an 8 foot page wire fence that runs along a little over half of the western side bordering the town, as well as more posts and wire included in the property. There is a Sask Water easement on the water line that runs through the quarter. The owner is allowed to cross and farm the easement, but mining shall not take place on the easement. Roughly 80 acres of farm land is included in the price as well. Please call for more information!
